The Air 2 Pro are basic Bluetooth 5 earbuds and support the universal SBC and AAC audio requirements used by a lot of gadgets. Each earbud can be used by itself but they do not support smooth switching, meaning you have to by hand disconnect them from one device to link to another.

And obviously I’m going straight for the purple ones. – [David] Good option! – Everything from comfort to sound quality, to even the packaging. Nice. Appears to have actually been improved over the last gen. Let’s start with what they figure are the leading selling points. Their Astria Coaxial Acoustic Architecture 2.0, which doesn’t have anymore elaboration on package. Essentially there’s a Knowles balanced armature driver as well as a 10.6 millimeter vibrant chauffeur in each earphone. There’s six microphones. That’s part of their HearID active noise-canceling, which can apparently.
Personally, I think that’s an actually excellent thing since there are times when I want to block just a little bit of my kids being too loud. We’ve also got 3 various si- oh, four difference included sizes of their kind of active wing idea things here. They’ve got a little lock in there.
There’s your charging contact points. So an overall of, I believe it’s 30 hours, 32 hours of battery life is kept in the case. So that’ll offer you 4 charges. And after that there’s 8 hours of ranked battery life for the earbuds themselves. I like the design of these. That is an actually cool purple in my opinion. One huge improvement over last gen is that they are quite a bit smaller and lighter. They’re still not going to be as small and light as something like an AirPods Pro, but the lighter you can make these things, the better pretty much, cause that’s truly going to assist them stay in. Now I think I did get the size of my wings and my ear ideas right so we can do a quick shake test. You prepared for the shake test David? – [David] Yes. Okay, here we go. I’ve got to brace myself here. Okay, okay. I handled to loosen the right side. I might in fact, I might have asymmetrical ears, might require a slightly larger earpiece for this one. It feels like it’s not quite as snug of a fit, but the left one held actually, really well. Good noise isolation. I have not actually experienced the noise cancellation, so let’s go ahead and get it paired to my phone. One cool thing is that they support multipoint connection. You can have two devices connected to them at when. And the case charges either wirelessly or over USB Type-C. This is a pretty cool case, substantially larger still than the AirPods Pro case. Well their previous ones have actually been a fair bit bigger. I believe Soundcore is relocating an actually great direction in terms of the size of the case.
